✧ We will be pleased to receive the customized and personalized order. We have a simple procedure for customized orders, the steps are as below...

1. Start a conversation with one of our jewelry designers about your customized design. They will help you in the designing process of your jewelry also if you have a specific design in your mind send us a picture.
2. We will create CAD (Computer Design) of your jewelry and send it to you for confirmation. If you need any changes you can let us know we will do changes according to your requirements.
3. Once the CAD is approved from your side. We will Cut & Polish your Moissanite Diamond and start the jewelry manufacturing process.
4. When your jewelry is ready to ship, we will share the Images & Videos of your jewelry and then ship it with an international courier company.

✧ Yes, most of our designs can be customized to suit your taste and lifestyle, as an example Moissanite can be replaced with Diamond, Sapphires or Emeralds, prong styles can be changes from traditional to claw. Simple design changes will add a extra minimal fee, if the ring design changes in a more significant way like two rings put together, larger or smaller stones are required, a design element is added or removed or if a design image is required, there will be additional charges, or the design may be considered custom at the designer's discretion. Using state of the art cutting instruments utilized by experts, we meticulously cut and polish our diamonds to meet the demand of discerning customers just like you. For an extra layer of confidence, your loose diamond or diamond jewelry purchased from Crown Moissanite is accompanied by a diamond certificate.

✧ Yes, all of our designs are meant to be customized with your choice of center stone and metal! Most work well with center stone sizes from 0.30 carats to 3.0 carats, and in many shapes like oval, pear, brilliant, etc. Contact Us for center stone size & shape changes.

✧ Yes, we offer Free engraving service on our all precious fine jewelry.
After engrave we request to double-check on engraving and ask for the images of engraving before we ship it out to you

✧ No, You can't pay using multiple credit cards. But Please contact us if you would like to pay with Multiple credit cards. We will split the bill in multiple invoices and then you can pay using multiple credit cards.

✧ Yes, we offer payment plans. You can make your payment in 3 different part of your total amount.

First: 35% Payment so we will start CAD design process and confirm with you before start manufacturing process. If you need any changes we will do as per your request.

Second: Another, 35% Payment. Now, we will start cutting & polishing process of your diamond and send the video of your forever one diamond.

Third: Rest of 30% Payment you have to play before we ship your jewelry. Once, your jewelry is ready to ship we will share the images & video to confirm with you and ship with express courier service.

✧ Yes, we offer rush order service so that you will get your jewelry before the best moment of your life. We do not charge any extra money for rush orders, but please contact us our executives to get exact manufacturing timing at support@crownmoissanite.com.

✧ No, we have our own manufacturing factory in Surat (Diamond City) INDIA. All our Moissanite Diamonds are cut & polished by professional artisan of Crown Moissanite Family. We have a team of gemologists who will inspect the diamonds before we stud them in jewelry.

✧ Yes, all our Moissanite Diamonds are certified and tested by International Laboratory. We give a physical authenticity certificate card of your diamond jewelry on request. You must pay a $50USD certification charge. You can also check the authenticity of diamonds from any International Laboratory in your country.

✧ Yes, all our Jewelry is make in Solid 10KT, 14KT or 18KT Gold. The color of the gold can be chosen from White, Yellow or Rose.

✧ Yes, all jewelry comes with metal authenticity stamps. Once your jewelry is ready to ship at our manufacturing unit after that we will send it to the International hallmarking laboratory they will check the metal authenticity & stamp on it.

We use gold metal, specifically gold with an authenticity stamp. The authenticity stamp ensures the quality and genuineness of the gold used in our products.

Yes! Lab grown diamonds are just as real as mined diamonds.

With the exact same optical, chemical, thermal and physical properties, the only difference between lab grown diamonds and mined diamonds is their origin. Lab grown diamonds are grown in controlled laboratory environments that produce the same pressure and heat conditions that form mined diamonds in the earth's crust.

✧ Once, we dispatch your jewelry from our manufacturing unit after that we will update you with the tracking information so you can track your package. If you facing any error to track your jewelry please contact us at support@crownmoissanite.com.

✧ Yes, you can change the address before item ship from our manufacturing facility by sending a direct message, once the item is shipped out you can't change. We will not be responsible for any loss of parcel that occurs due to a wrong address.

✧ Yes, absolutely. As long as it’s a Crown Moissanite piece (that is not an eternity band version of one of our designs) we will resize it at minimal cost.

✧Full Eternity Rings: Rings featuring a shank adorned with full eternity stones cannot be resized due to their intricate design. Instead, customers are encouraged to exchange the ring for the correct size. Our customer service team is happy to assist with this process.

✧Plain Gold Bands: In some cases, if resizing is not ideal, we may offer an exchange for an identical ring in your size instead. This is only applicable for plain gold bands without any stones. The exchanged ring will be handcrafted from scratch, ensuring the same quality and craftsmanship.
